Professional support for individuals, groups,
and organisations to unlock their potential
Most organisations require a strategic plan to outline their key goals and objectives. When you use our unique approach, developing a strategic plan can be engaging!
Our approach to strategic planning is to first understand the organisation, the people in it, and its relationship with other organisations. Once this background work is completed and presented, we lead a facilitated workshop to identify the main elements of your strategic plan. Using plain language to describe the goals and objectives ensures the plan becomes a useful document. We can also provide follow-up sessions to refresh thinking or to make sure you’re staying on track.

CONTACT USIn an action learning group, people come together and work through a process to help support and potentially resolve issues.
A session usually takes two to three hours. Participants share a particular issue and the group facilitator steers them through a defined process that allows them to raise questions and offer ideas. Action learning groups usually meet monthly, which also provides an opportunity to review previous issues.
A group can also select a topic for discussion. The facilitator acts as a researcher, producing material for participants to review and then discuss at the meeting.
